Navigate to the Website Packages. Select the right package tier for you, fill out the client intake form (3 min or less) and make your purchase. After purchasing your website package you will be redirected to an order form that should take 15 minutes or so to complete. Fill it out, and our team will begin construction on your website within 24 hours!
Nope! If you have a brand, logo, and copy—great. If not, our team will work with the content you do have to customize your website as needed. You don’t need to have it all figured out to get started.
Client websites are typically ready to launch inside of 1 week. Timing depends on how quickly your client intake forms are completed and the amount of revisions requested. We work at your preferred pace.
You can make an unlimited amount of revisions until launch. Should you need website edits after launch, you can always upgrade to our White Glove Website Package which includes monthly site updates.
You can access the Edit Genie Client Portal directly by visiting clients.editgenie.help or by downloading the Circle app in the mobile app store of your choosing. The portal is where clients, ask questions, and request site updates depending on their website package tier.
Clients who have made a website package purchase are guaranteed a response in 24 hours; simply navigate to the client-exclusive portal menu section called ‘Contact Us’, and submit your inquiry there.
